Nitin Vijay - Managing Director
A well renowned and highly respected physics teacher with 6 years
experience of running an entrepreneurial venture in parallel
education industry, Nitin brings a combination of proven execution
and teaching abilities to Motion.
Prior to founding Motion
IIT-JEE, Nitin drew lot of fame as a Physics faculty at Bansal
Classes, Kota. His innovative teaching methodology has set new
trends in the way Physics is taught for IIT-JEE preparation.
Motion is Nitin's second entrepreneurial venture - the first being
Kota Point, a IIT-JEE test preparation start up that he co-founded
in Varanasi, his Alma Mater city.
Nitin is a B.Tech. from
Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University (IT-BHU).
Prakash Gupta - Joint Director
Prakash brings to Motion his corporate work experience and
excellent Mathematics teaching skills. His strong organizational
skills provide a strong backing to Motion's Management system.
Prakash was one of the esteemed faculties at Bansal Classes, Kota.
His style of teaching Mathematics has found lot of support in
student community of Kota.
Prior to joining education
industry, Prakash worked with a Consultancy firm in Bombay for 2
years.
Prakash is a B.Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology,
Bombay (IIT Bombay).
Ram Ratan Dwivedi - Joint Director
Ram comes to Motion with 8 years experience of running an
entrepreneurial venture in IIT-JEE test preparation sector. He also
brings with him 10 years of Chemistry teaching experience.
Prior
to joining Motion, Ram had cofounded his own IIT-JEE test
preparation set up in Varanasi - Apex Academy.
Ram is a
B.Tech. from Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University
(IT-BHU).
Amit Varma - Joint Director
Amit brings with him 8 years of teaching experience in Physics.
He also brings valuable experience of running an entrepreneurial
venture.
Amit earned name for him at Bansal Classes, Kota. Prior
to coming to Kota, Amit had his own IIT-JEE test preparation start
up in Saharanpur.
Amit is a M.Sc. Gold Medalist from
Saharanpur University.
