Motion follows the below mentioned process:

> Segregation of students into various groups
> Allotment of mentor to each group
> Contact to the student by the respective mentor
> A constructive approach is used by the mentor to solve various problems of the students
> Counseling cell

This is a fact that most of the students fail to qualify entrance exams like IIT-JEE due to lack of relevant study material. To crack this tough competition, students need well researched and efficient study material and a test series to get the feed back of their performance.
Motion's Virtual Classroom Program is meant for all the students who have desire to crack JEE but due to certain reasons are unable to attend regular classroom coaching. Study Material introduces fundamental concepts in a very effective manner.
The motion's VCP program provides the opportunity to the student for proper evaluation of preparation at every stage through tests. The complete analysis of the attempt is provided which helps the student to identify the weak areas of preparation. Online solutions & support is provided to students for their problems from the study material and test.

Effective Teaching Methodology
At MOTION, we pay extreme attention towards teaching methods used by our faculties. Our teaching methods are developed by extreme level background preparations.
Fresh methods are developed by perceptual training and 'in house' demonstrations for the faculty team.

Feedback through Micro and Macro Level Analysis
On the basis of Regular attendance, Home work checking and Periodic Test Series we can evaluate the student's performance. Suggestion Box is also available for student's feedback. Student's Test Performance recommend us the feedback in the area student need more attention.

Shapath Patra
All the students enrolled at MOTION have to submit their SHAPATH PATRA to their mentor appointed by MOTION. In Shapath Patra, they have to provide their daily schedule of studies. This is also a medium of student's micro level analysis. Motion is the single institute in Kota having this type of feedback process.

Team of Expert Faculty for Doubt Clearance
After the topic completion, we conduct Doubt Removal Cla ss for each topic. This is for the removal of all grass root level doubts of all the students. A team of dedicated assistant faculties regular remain available as per predefined timetable to clear the problems. The Doubt Discussion Classes are also very helpful to those students who don't feel confident in a particular subject and it is affecting their overall performance. Through Doubt Discussion Classes (DDC) such students can increase their grasp in that subject. Back up Classes are planned and arranged for specific students of various courses according to their performance to improve the performance level of such students.

Regular Class Attendance
All students enrolled to the courses are required to attend all classroom sessions and test series except under the most unavoidable circumstances. For a planned absence from any session(s), students are required to intimate the Attendance Management Cell (AMC) of the Academic Department. For an Unplanned absence due to illness etc. a post-factor intimation is required from the absentee students.

Teaching via Projectors
Teaching via projector, saves the time of students as well as faculties in the Classroom. Minute classification is also possible through projectors and it makes students more comfort to understand the topics.

Periodic Test Series
Apart from regular theory classes, problem desk, study material and daily practice problem, there will be a regular periodic test series to judge and monitor the performance and growth of students.

Laboratory for Physics and Chemistry
Motion has its own world class fully equipped Physics laboratory that will help the student to implement his/her theoretical knowledge practically. As per the new trend of IIT-JEE, 20% of paper is based on experimental physics. Therefore to bring science to life, to show how science works, to emphasize problem solving aspects of science, the understanding of science concepts, to develop teamwork and cooperative learning strategies among students, it plays a vital role.

Solution Register
There is an extra feature at Motion that we provide Solution Registers to students along with the sheets to check the work of student on the Regular basis. In Solution Registers, we provide the space for the same number of question given in the sheet. And therefore, one could easily assess while checking those registers that where and in which type of questions student is facing the problem.
